The lanyards I orders blew me away. The glitter in the design your own was not as sparkly as I was hoping but it still came out so beautiful. Recently, I was on the site making a special lanyard but when it was time for checkout the shipping date was after I was going to leave on an international trip so I didn't move forward. The next day I got an email from Lauren who has the job of following up on items left unpurchased in carts. After some quick explanation, she graciously offered to pay a special expedited fee to make sure I could get the lanyard before I left. I was so shocked and thankful.
